All too often there is pressure to choose between window dressing and politics. But I’ve always thought it’s possible to have an interest in superficial aesthetics as well as policy depth. So I’m on a mission – to find the fashion in politics.
I’m determined to track down style amongst politicians, advisors, supporters, lobbyists and general hangers on. Better dressing will lead to better decision making. I will follow the following principles:

- Seeking out stylish men, as well as women – this is an equal opportunities blog.
- Embracing window dressing when it’s coupled with serious political analysis.
- Loving the clichés – I’m determined to find supporters who look like their party.
